The popular Hartland eatery has opened a second location in Novi at the Twelve Mile Crossing at Fountain Walk. The hook here is that guests can cook their own certified Angus steaks and seafood “Australian-style” on a piece of super-heated rock right at the table. Your server instructs you how to cook items to your choice of doneness, or the kitchen will prepare dishes for you if you’d rather not “DIY” it. There’s a full line of other items, including chicken, pastas, burgers, pizzas, and gluten- and peanut-free fare. Plenty of beer and wine choices, a kid’s menu, and big-screen TVs make for a casual setting. L & D daily.
