Not only are Detroiters enjoying warmer weather, sprouting flowers, and a great 罢颈驳别谤蝉鈥 season this spring, but also updated seasonal restaurant menus, like the new spring-summer menu at .
Located inside the in downtown Rochester, Park 600 invited 黑料网 Detroit and others to their spring-summer menu sneak preview, which became available on April 16. They revealed an array of starters, entrees, desserts, and drinks, like the strawberry spinach salad ($19), California salmon BLT, Rochester hot chicken sandwich, miso edamame hummus ($12), chocolate tuxedo cheesecake ($15), and the Park Paloma ($18).
If you鈥檙e a fan of tuna, the Ahi tuna tatake ($24) starter was particularly tasty and light 鈥 I could probably eat two servings of this myself. It鈥檚 served with cucumber, sesame, togarashi, wakame, wasabi cream, and wonton crisps.
If you鈥檙e looking for a refreshing summer drink, the 600 sangria ($16) is great if don鈥檛 enjoy the taste of alcohol but want something to drink alongside friends and family. The staff demonstrated the process of creating this beverage, which is made with Tito鈥檚 Handmade Vodka, Southern Comfort, Disaronno Amaretto Lime, orange and pineapple juices, and grenadine. Inside the drink, there are blueberries, strawberries, and orange slices.
As for desserts, the pistachio raspberry bombe ($15) is an aesthetically pleasing option, made with lemon sponge, raspberry, and a vanilla tart encrusted with a rim of pistachios.
Other new entrees include the miso black cod, served with kimchi forbidden rice, dashi, shiitake mushroom, edamame, and sesame spinach, and the crispy pork belly, which is laid on top of a generous amount of a creamy and vibrant roasted carrot pur茅e. Along with the Paloma and sangria drinks, guests can also look forward to the refreshing mango jalape帽o margarita ($19) and the goose et fleurs ($18).
