Shelby Township’s Kaizen Financial Group teamed up with Kids Kicking Cancer for the 9th year, presenting their Golf for a Cause event on Sept. 19, 2024, at Cherry Creek Golf Club. The event benefitted Kids Kicking Cancer, a Southfield non-profit that works to ”ease the pain and trauma of children while empowering them to heal physically, spiritually, and emotionally,” and included three meals, drinks, a silent auction, and raffle baskets along with a golf scramble and hole games such as longest drive, closest to the pin, and golf cannon.
