Marcy Hahn, Founder – Marcy’s passion is helping people minimize and resolve conflict through mediation and negotiation.  She is a certified Mediator, Collaborative Divorce professional, and contributor to the book The Nondual Process for Conflict Resolution: A Revolutionary Process for Resolving Conflict in Ourselves and the World by Jason Shulman.  She created the podcast “Divorce: What to Expect.”

Prior to starting the firm in 2018, Marcy served for 15 years as lead counsel in Ford Motor Company’s Office of the General Counsel.   She is a trusted advisor, creative legal strategist, and seasoned negotiator with over 25 years of experience.  She has mediated multi-million dollar cases, developed innovative dispute resolution strategies, and managed high-stakes legal issues in the United States and internationally.

Lisa Serra, Partner – Lisa is a fierce advocate.  Prior to joining Lotus, she represented corporate and individual clients in financial services industry litigation for over a decade.  Her background in finance and economics is the perfect fit for the high stakes financial issues clients face in the divorce and business contexts. She was selected as a Michigan Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2021 – 2024.

Lauren McGill, Special Counsel – Lauren is a seasoned attorney with over 30 years of experience in litigation and complex transactions.  She delivers outstanding results for clients utilizing her keen insight and strategic focus.

Rachel Posigian, Legal Assistant Extraordinaire – Rachel is the glue that holds Lotus together. She has been with the firm since its inception. Originally trained as a nurse, Rachel compassionately reassures clients during times of uncertainty and distress while keeping the trains running on time.
